Server rules — read this once

Short list. Breaking any of these gets your account banned, and depending on what you did, the accounts you shared an address with.
1. One person, one set of hands
No botting, no macros, no auto-clickers, no scripts. If software is playing for you, it is cheating.
2. Do not exploit bugs
If you find something that duplicates items, skips a requirement or gives you gold out of nowhere, stop using it and post it in Bug Reports. Reporting an exploit gets you thanked. Farming one gets you wiped.
3. No real-world trading
Do not buy or sell items, gold or accounts for real money outside the store. There is nothing we can do for you when it goes wrong, because it is not a trade we can see.
4. Do not scam other players
Trust trades, doubling money, "hold this for me" — none of it. Staff do not reverse trades, so the only protection here is the rule.
5. Keep chat usable
No racism, no slurs, no sexual content, no harassment, no spamming or advertising other servers. Disagreeing with someone is fine. Making the server unpleasant to be in is not.
6. Do not impersonate staff
Staff never ask for your password, and never ask you to hand over items for a "refund" or a "check". Anyone who does is not staff.
7. Your account is yours
Do not share it. If someone else logs into it and something goes wrong, that is on you — we cannot tell the difference between you and a friend using your password.
Appeals
If you think a punishment was wrong, post in Help & Support with your account name and what happened. Argue the facts, not the ban.
